工作职责
1. Partner with Business Group (BG) leaders and Strategy Development Group to formulate M&A and investment strategies;
2. Source potential deals and lead the evaluation process;
3. Lead cross-functional teams, including BGs, legal and finance teams to manage deal process, including business analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, preparing investment documents and managing closing;
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams in post-deal management and create value for portfolio companies.
工作要求
• High level of drive, insight, teamwork and integrity;
• Over 2 years of work experiences in Internet/technology, investment, finance or business development;
• Strong interest, passion and business sense for Internet, investment and Tencent;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English and Chinese;
• Master"s degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.

工作职责
1. 参与公司相关信贷产品的金融机构（如银行、信托、保险等）对接及业务整合、过程推动、落地和存续期管理；
2. 熟悉互联网信贷产品的设计（如资金流、信息流等），有网络小贷公司主体融资、券商、信托相关融资项目承做经验，或投资机构相关项目投资经验的优先考虑；
3.跟踪国内外经济与金融形势，洞察金融行业发展趋势，关注行业监管动态，并进行有效输出。
工作要求
1. 硕士以上学历，法律、经济、金融、计算机等相关专业毕业；
2. 3-5年工作经验，具有丰富的金融机构合作经验和市场资源，能够协调机构资源创造增量业务价值；
3. 具备较强的协议文本撰写或数理分析能力，具备高度的政策合规、市场和商业敏感性，能前瞻性洞察监管和市场趋势并应用于工作场景中；
4. 具有工作激情及自我驱动力，富有创新意识，能够快速融入团队、拥抱变化，能够熟练运用各类办公软件沟通、汇报和路演。
